Ma's Best Gourmet Rolls     Why Settle For Less When You Can Have Ma's Best?

Tell a friend about this page
The Southern tradition of home cooking has been passed down from
generation to generation. Despite changes in the new millennium, one
culinary art of baking has survived the test of time.  The Smith family has
retained a precious baking recipe.  Guided by this strong tradition,
Earl Smith spent his formative years watching, learning and listening
to his elders of the Southern kitchen.  Years passed as the young baker
practiced and perfected the art of preparing homemade rolls.  Finally,
in 1980 in an apartment located in Chicago, IL  his legacy started.
One of the elders affirmed his legacy shortly before she passed away.
She commented:
"These are the Best rolls I've ever tasted!"
We affectionately began to refer to the rolls as Ma's Best.  In honor of
Ma Bessie, who is displayed below, our tribute to her will be carried out
in Ma's Best Gourmet Rolls.  It is our deepest desire to serve each customer
with love, respect and quality service, just as our Grandmother served her family.
We are a beacon in the night, shining our lights.
